These 28? premium quality cones have an 14?x14? base, weigh 7 lbs., and are made of flow-moulded PVC, a single, continuous process that helps prevent top and base separation- and this base is heavily weighted to insure stability in high winds or wind generated by traffic flow. If run over, their unique ?shape reflex? memory insures they?ll bounce back- time after time. To prevent fading, they come in a fluorescent orange-red color that is stabilized against all UV rays, and will remain color fast to insure long life. Used in restricting access to hazardous areas, directing pedestrians, or controlling traffic patterns. Can be used indoors or out. Made in U.S.A.
