| Mark Reese was the obvious pick in the first Hall of Fame Ballot Voting, but this second ballot will be tougher with huge names; Kevin Curry, Scott White, Vince Gary and Terry Mobley, amoung other great names. The 13.0 Official Voting Ballots during the NWL Minors Regular season, with only week voting period. The new Magic Number will be voted on by the NWL Committee. |

| Coaches which were added only last season will not have voting for many seasons, as most of the coaches are so new, retirement is not even a thought. When the time comes coaches will be voted like players. Meanwhile managers will be picked by the Leagues Commissioner and inducted by him. Managers do have to complete ten seasons of service. Managers can be voted into the HOF while managing. |
