| Coaches |
| Coaches can only have contracts between 100 thousand to 4 million dollars, and the length between 1 to 4 seasons. Coaches do not effect a teams salary cap, odds or anything else, its just for fun. A club may only fire two coaches a season (total of 3 coaches a season, season is from Week 1 to the next seasons Week 1). You may only fire a coach during the period in the offseason, or after Week 1, during the regular season but no firings past Week 15. No coach can coach for more then 20 seasons in the league with a team. Each season there will be 20 free agent coaches for clubs to choose as their newest coach. Each season 5 coaches will retire by the league depending on lack of work, age and lack of success that are on the list of free agent coaches, and 5 new coaches will be added. If a coach retires from 20 years of coaching, a new coach will also be added in his place. A coach not be fired, until a new coach is officially hired. If theres a tie in offers for a coach, there will be a random drawing to see the winning team. No coach may retire during the season. |
