When an official proposal is written up by the NWL Commissioner, the NWL Committee must vote atleast 2 to 1, or 3 to 0 for the rule/team change or addition proposal to move on.
Next, the NWL Union (all league managers) must approve the rule/team proposal 65% or higher for the proposal to move onto the NWL Commissioner.
NWL Union votes are open for a week only.
Finally, the NWL Commissioner must approve it to make it an official rule/team change or addition.
If a proposal does not pass one of these steps, the rule can either be dead or motified for a re-vote. |
