| "you" You continue speaking of something you refer to as “the new egyptology.” and i love you for it of course. it is apparent, however, that although you would never say it, you think that a new egyptology would come as a surprise to me. but i assure you it does not. it surprises me, actually, that there are not more. or rather i think it is disappointing in a way that there are not more. there are egyptologies with egyptologies of course. and we have what we need one way or the other. i think there are just about the right number of egyptologies in the world. what do you think? |
