                                                LOGOGENESIS


Notes
Some words have presented themselves to me for reasons of pure phonetic satisfaction: eg, slinth, muskelunged - others carry more overt semantic realities. A new word here also for the inventing of new words: logogenesis .. these then being logogenesisms. I suppose uxoraphobia (fear of one's wife) may have been used somewhere, sometime, but I have not seen it and could not find it. Given the alleged usefulness of its meaning one might think the word would be more prevalent.

A few definitions:

glamhock. a 'glamourous' ham hock: glazed, fancy grade, special. (not all ham hocks are).
      you know the kind i'm talking about.
thespocracy. government/rule by actors.
trunch. (verb, intransitive). to trudge through lunch.
carnocracy. government by meat eaters.
crisparchical. social organization derived from that which is understood to be 'crisp.'
crispology. the study (and love) of that which is 'crisp.'
to hamlet. (verb, transitive). to vacillate, be indecisive, undetermined.
      "man he is sure hamleting that situation."
chomskalien. part noam chomsky, part alien. (yes, there's a difference)
theotropic\theatropic\theotheatropism.
     turning toward god\turning toward theater\turning toward god's theater.
phonomatopoeia. this has to do with the recent trend in (U.S.) American English speakers
     to pronounce the 'v' in "voila" as a 'w' ... 'woila' .. thus phonetically registering a
     "there it is" to the more involved 'v' sound which now can be forgone, its existence
      thereby only referred to by the meaning of the word itself ... [there is also i believe
      an unconscious (and misplaced) association with the guttural 'r' (as in roi) and an
      unconscious sense of approximating this pronunciation without doing the work of
      actually producing it.
steinsmanship. precisely that.
piscapoesis. fish poems. poetry about fish.
banquetology. the philosophy, science and art of banquets.
theogogue. here i will offer Webster's New Collegiate thoughts on 'demagogue':
     "2. A leader who makes use of popular prejudices and false claims and promises
          in order to gain power." ..you can take it from there..
schnozzleheim! social acknowledgement of another's sneeze.
cry,ontology. having to do with cryonics & ontology. this formation suggests the
     eternal cry for life\being. moreover, it is the first word to organically incorporate
     within it a piece of punctuation, the comma.
couthy.   re: uncouth..
misopoeia. the hatred of poetry.
poephobic. afraid of poetry. (there's reason enough, often enough).
cereality. seeing reality through the 'lens' of cereal, especially the heavily sugared, puffy
          kinds. (an american (u.s.) specialty).
    c.f. cerealism... an abstract, highly disassociated reality also based entirely on cereal).
antimisosesquipedalianismistically. this i believe would be the longest adverb in English.
      Meaning 'in the manner of one opposed to those who hate people who use big
      (polysyllabic) words, it is derived from 'sesquipedalian' - one who uses big words.
