Solving for God (Doing the Math) (Saved by Science)
How is it the human mind holds within it Mathematics, and all the equations that correspond to the natural world - equations which the objects of the natural world do not themselves need to exist? The scientific “language” in our minds is more than “adapted” to the objects of reality. These equations exist in our minds independent of the things themselves - yet they are the very ‘spirit’ and ‘soul’ of the natural order. Their existence as ‘pure’ concept, and as absolutely independent revelations of the natural world, can only mean that there is within us truly divine understanding. It's a simple equation: Mathematics exists : therefore God exists. |
