Anyone Around To Help?


Ever notice then when you don't need help, its there. Yet when you do need help, it is never there. Why is this? Is it instinct to ignore those in need of the help? What people don't seem to understand that if they helped someone, they in turn are helping themselves. Everything you do, everything you say, and every way you react to something or someone affects you. Even saying hi to someone could brighten there day. Instead, we have been taught that helping is bad. We are taught not to stop if we see someone stranded on the side of the road (this includes the cops...which is the sad part) and we are taught not to help strangers, if we see them sitting on a bench crying. WHY?
