Interpretation of Pulmonary Function Tests: Spirometry This educational module is designed to provide an introduction to quality assessment and basic interpretation of spirometric testing in the diagnosis of pulmonary disease. It consists of a pre-test with one-sentence patient presentations followed by flow volume loops and time volume plots for each case; the learning module, which explains the interpretation of spirometric tests with the use of video clips and graphs of normal findings, as well as pathological findings; and a post-test designed similarly to the pre-test.
