It is necessary that we create an environment that angels will find inviting.
I am sure that you have numerous reasons why you would wish to be visited by an angel. There are times when we need to ask for help. Many people need to request healings or to be comforted by an angel.
Your desire for contact should be sincere. For this is no joke. This technique works. Angels don't have to answer our calls. You can not force an angel to visit you. However, if your desire is earnest, I can't imagine an angel ignoring your request for a visitation.
It is necessary that you choose a room in your house where you could be alone without any distractions. Other people will only serve to distract you from what you need to do. Be sure that you can lock the door to keep anyone in the household from prying. Your angel knows many things about you that you yourself may not be aware of. Angels guard this information from others. It is important that you try this technique at night and in a quiet room. If there is a telephone, be sure to disconnect it.
Angels are peaceful beings so it is necessary that you meditate to find inner peace before attempting contact. First, light a white candle. Sit and stare at the flame for 10 minutes speaking aloud that you will be successful in contacting your angel Then relax in a sitting position, allowing your muscles to relax from head to toe. This will take a little time and patience. Meditate on your spirituality and of your feelings for God.

Meditate on a cone of light appearing out of the top of your head. Picture the light expanding upward and outward as it reachs the ceiling of your room. Picture the light moving upward and outward until it is out of your house and into the night sky. Picture the light moving up towards heaven. As you meditate on this, recite the "Our Father" continuously. Picture dust moving towards the light. See it circle and swirl as it penetrates into the light. Watch the dust move as it swirls down the cone and moves slowly towards you.
Eventually the cone of light will appear in your room. It may move towards you to face you. Do not get frightened, which is normal. You will be able to see the dust spiraling inside the cone. The cone of light will start to change form. You will be able to notice a "waterfall" effect as the angel begins to take shape. The angel will slowly materialize in front of you.
