·        Follow the steps we created for your personal goal.

 

·        Practice Hokey Pokey at least once a day. (Cannot be visualized everyday, must physically be done the majority of the time.)

 

·        Perform the motion warm-up in front of a mirror as much as possible.

Be sure you are NOT leaning forward at all

Be sure you are working hard to get those legs HIGH

Be sure you are pointing your toes HARD

Be sure when prepping you are bringing your leg into passé and not past

Be sure when prepping you are bringing your feet together at the bottom
