Agility
Agility is a great dog sport and a way to bond and excercise with your dog. First of all, what is agility? Agility is like a bunch of obsticals for your dog. Just like obedience and showmanship, there are different levels of agility.

Beginner Agility:
On Leash and Handlers may go over jumps with dogs. Buckle collars, NO TAGS
Number of Obsticles: 11 to 13
Jump Heights: 8 in. - vertical
                     16 in- long /broad
A-Frame Height: 4 feet, 6 inches
Pause Table: 8 Inches
Open and Closed Tunnels are used.
Obsticles not used:
- Dog Walk
- Weave Poles
- Crawl Tunnel
- Teeter-totter and Sway Bridge

Intermediate Agility
Dog must have recieved beginner agility patch to be on this level.
Off Leash: Handlers may not go over the jumps with the dogs. Buckle Collars, NO TAGS
Number of Obsticles: 13 to 15
Jump Heights: 12 in- vertical
                      20 in. - long/ broad
(Except for dogs less than 10 inches at withers. Then it is the same as beginners)
A-Frame Height- 5 feet
Pause Table: 12 inches (Except for dogs less than 10 inches at withers then same as beginners)
Open and closed tunnels used
Dog Walk- 3 foot height. 8 to 12 foot planks
Weave Poles- 6- 12 poles, 24 inches apart. Dogs must do weaves- but will not be faulted.
Obsticles not used:
- Crawl Tunnel
-Teeter-totter and Sway Bridge


Advanced Agility

Dog must have recieved intermediate agility patch to be on this level.
Off Leash: Handlers may not go over the jumps with dogs. Buckle Collars- NO TAGS
Number of Obsticles: 17 to 20
Jump Heights- by dog's height at withers
A-Frame Height- 5 feet, 6 inches
Pause Table- Same as Jump Heights
Open and Closed Tunnels used
Dog Walk- 3 foot height 8 to 12 foot planks.
Weave Poles- 6-12 poles, 24 inches apart
Crawl Tunnel- Height depends on dog
Teeter-tooter and Sway Bridge Used
