What goes on at a typical Booster meeting?

Officers meet before hand. From the looks of the picture, these officers (Ken Adams, president, shown at left,) have been meeting quite some time with Jeff Hudson, OHS Band Director. What has Doug Underwood brought up to cause such serious thoughts?

Parents take lots of notes. I've heard some of them comment, "My child didn't tell me that."  Better communication is one of the things that the Band Booster organization strives for.
