The crazy cast of characters:
Top row: Aquaman from Super Friends, Dusty Hayes from MASK, Thunderbird 1 from Thunderbirds, and Pvt. (later Lt.) Johnny Rico and Pvt. Carl Jenkins from Roughnecks: Starship Trooper Chronicles
Bottom Row: All the good gals (and Tuxedo Mask) from Sailor Moon, and Shaggy and Scooby-Doo from Scooby-Doo

Dr. Fawn, the morning after the Super Bowl...
(Does anyone notice the corkscrew right over his head!?)
Two characters with one unique situation in common...
Usually, whenever very popular comic book comes out, a cartoon won't be too far behind. For Firestar (Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, 1981) and Harley Quinn (Batman: The Animated Series, 1992), they did exactly the opposite. The two characters were added to their respected animated series to appeal to female fans. Because they ended up being so highly popular, Firestar became a part of Marvel Comics in 1985 while Harley Quinn became a part of DC Comics in 1994. Thus, they have the distinction of being the only two characters ever to start on television BEFORE joining the ranks of comic book characters.
After a really wild 2005, it's time to get into the year 2006!

THIS JUST IN--February 6, 2006 Hi, folks. Well, we're into the second month of 2006, and things have really gone wacky already. Just look at the nutty caption and weird fact I've put up. In the meantime, I'm trying to get things going on my brain, but it's tougher than I thought, especially when it's the very busy time of year at my job. Fortunately, I'm remembering to do one thing at a time, so that helps quite a bit. Well, that's all for now, but who remembers all the commercials from this year's Super Bowl? ^_^
Keep in touch, for there will be much more stuff to come later as I continue to update my page (and learn the art of using the tools properly)! Meanwhile, enjoy the show! Until next time, pen pals!
Special thanks to the above-mentioned websites for the greatest pictures in the world!
