Wheat Germ Muffins
Dry Ingredients:
250ml of white flour
125ml of wheat germ
175ml of packed brown sugar
0.5ml baking soda
15ml baking powder

Liquid Ingredients:
125ml of oil
1 egg
175ml milk
5ml vanilla

Topping:
25ml packed brown sugar
2ml cinnamon

Combine Dry Ingredients in a large bowl
Combine Liquid Ingredients in a separate bowl
Combine Topping in a small bowl.
Make “well” in center of dry ingredients and add liquid ingredients. Stir until just mixed.
Put mixture in a muffin tray. Sprinkle a small amount of topping on top.
Bake at 15-20 min at 350 F (175 C)
