Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY 1. Item must be returned in the same condition it was sent out within 14 days of purchase, this is known as your 'chill out period' applied to anywhere in the UK. 1i. This 'chill out' time is lengthened for overseas buyers as follows: on top of the 14 days please add the following according to where you are located: USA/CANADA and the south Americas (Argentina/Mexico): 2weeks, EUROPE: 1week, ASIA: 2weeks. (ASIA covers: Japan, Australia, New Zealand only) 2. It must be returned with the 'OFFERYOU.CO.UK RETURN SLIP' that is sent with your item. If item is received with out this slip the refund will be deemed VOID and your item will be returned back to you. Offeryou.co.uk will charge you for returning the item. 3. Refund only covers the amount paid for the item and does not cover the amount that is paid for P&P costs what so ever. 4. Refund does cover the payment fee that was charged up to the value of NOCHEX - £0.00 PAYPAL 4% of the total payable. 4i. Refund does not cover any other fees that you may have been charged. 5. An excess fee of £0.89 is charged per item when a refund is asked to cover listing fees and/or any other additional fees we may incur. 6. For overseas buyers that pay using a currency other then British Sterling the refund will be the amount in sterling that was received at the time of purchase after conversion and will be exchanged at the current exchange rate, we can not accept any liability for reduced exchange rates etc that may result in the amount returned less then you paid out. 7. The item must be returned in the same condition that it was sent out as, Offeryou.co.uk will check to ensure it has been returned in saleable condition. 7i. The refund does not cover any postal insurance costs that may have been paid. 8. Any items received without the original packaging (i.e. cellophane wrap on a DVD) will be charged an 23% of the total amount paid excess fee on top of the fee in clause 5 of this refund policy. 9. Refunds are given via the method the “buyer” used to pay for the item. 10. This refund policy applies only to the items Offeryou.co.uk have specified they will grant a refund on. 11. Offeryou.co.uk reserves the right to refuse a refund to any one. Offeryou.co.uk does have an obligation to inform the “buyer” why a refund has been refused. 12. It is the responsibility of the “buyer” to return any items they wish to have a refund on. All P&P costs to return the item are the “buyers” responsibility and/or any other additional costs. It is up to the “buyer” what postal method/service they use. Offeryou.co.uk can not be held liable for any loss and/or damage of the item during the postal process. 13. If the item does not reach offeryou.co.uk no refund will be authorized. 14. ALL these terms and conditions must be met before any refund will be given. 15. Offeryou.co.uk reserves the right to amend or change any part of this policy at any time without obligation to give notice to any parties involved.

Postal Policy and Insurance

POSTAL POLICY including INSURANCE a. OfferYOU (OfferUK) will post the item purchased once payment has been received and cleared. b. P&P is paid buy the customer "buyer" unless otherwise stated or agreed. c. Insurance is offered on all of OfferUK's (OfferYOU) items and it is the customers "buyers” responsibility whether or not they take out this service. d. In the event of a claim Insurance covers only the amount paid to OfferUK (OfferYOU) excluding the insurance cover cost. No other additional cost(s) that may have been paid is covered. e. If insurance is not taken out OfferUK (OfferYOU) can not be held responsible for the loss and/or damage of the item during any part of the postal process. f. All items are sent with Royal Mail, unless otherwise stated. g. OfferUK (OfferYOU) can not be held liable for the length of time it takes for the item to reach the "buyer". Royal Mail is responsible for delivery times. h. Postage and Packaging (P&P) prices are calculated by the weight of the item. OfferUK (OfferYOU) do not have a fixed amount for P&P. i. OfferUK reserves the right to amend or change any part of this policy at any time without obligation to give notice to any parties involved.

Pay Policy

PAY POLICY a. Payment must be made within three days of the auction closing. b. We only accept payment via PAY PAL and NOCHEX for UK residents, and PAY PAL ONLY for non UK residents. Pay Pal and Nochex are secure payment services. c. If incorrect payment is made, OfferUK (OfferYOU) will issue a refund and request the correct amount payable. OfferUK (OfferYOU) will allow the "buyer" five hours to contact them before the refund is made in order to express any complaint they may have. ci. If after five hours no contact has been made OfferUK (OfferYOU) will proceed with the refund and Request. cii. If the “buyer” then refuses to purchase the item(s) OfferUK (OfferYOU) will VOID the transaction and leave negative feedback and initiate the non-paying bidder programme. d. All fees and/or additional costs must be added to the total amount payable. Failure to do so will result in the action as stated in clause c of the pay policy. e. If OfferUK (OfferYOU) are unable to contact you via email after three attempts, a automated letter will be sent to the “buyers” address providing information on their purchase. f. Pay Pal charge is 4% of the total amount payable. This includes the Postage & packaging cost and any other additional fees that may apply. g. Nochex charge is £0.00 for payments made to OfferUK (OfferYOU) when the payee is a nochex registered user. gi. Non Nochex registered users who use Nochex Xtra service as their method of payment will incur a £0.99 charge if payment is less than £70.00. h. OfferUK reserves the right to amend or change any part of this policy at any time without obligation to give notice to any parties involved.
