| Daine goes to Carthak as part of the Tortallan Embassadors. Her main job is to hopefully gain good favor with Ozorne by healing his birds. But before she arrives in Carthak, she is visited by the badger god who gives her the power to revive dead animals and gives her a warning. The gods are angry at Ozorne. They want changes in Carthak. Most of Daine's time in Carthak is spent seeing the tourist attractions with the Prince Kaddar, the Heir, or healing Ozorne's birds. But little does anyone know that what is lurking behind the glitter is much worse than any of them could've thought. Ozorne has pushed the gods too far this time, and believe me, they are pissed. But the results turn out different than you'd expect... |
