NEWS July 22: OFFSPRING CALLING IT QUITS?
Offspring bassist Greg Kriesel recently told the Bakersfield Californian, "If the next album is something we're not happy with and things have gotten tired and old, maybe that'll be it...I give it five more years." Kriesel also noted that "we've kinda come down to hit singles." Despite radio hits with "Come Out And Play" and "Why Don't You Get A Job," the band's latest album, Conspiracy of One, hasn't continued racking up sales like their previous hitmakers. Their progression into poppier hooks has also received plenty of criticism from hardcore punkers. (From local radio station's website ©www.orock1059.com)

NEWS: October 3, 2000 - The NEW single by The Offspring has been released!!! "Original Prankster" is the new song and it's "pretty fly for a white guy-ISH". AND here is the new cd cover "The Conspiracy Of One" set to be released November 14!
NEWS: September 10, 2000 - YAY GOOD NEWWWWWWWWS!!!! According to the latest Entertainment Weekly, the NEW Offspring cd will come out on November 14 this year! (read the article) That's DAMN cool if i do say so myself. So..... *NEW OFFSPRING CD 11/14/2000*

NEWS: April 3, 2000 - Well, Offspring aren't touring right now. But I read online somewhere they are working on a new CD due out this fall. (Which is quite cool) Also, they have been working on a few soundtracks as well. So that's cool. I will pass along all info on new soundtracks, etc. That's pretty much it.
