The Seven Hills School will host Grandmaster Gregory Kaidanov for the 2009 Seven Hills Chess Expo on Friday, October 9.  It will
be an evening event that is open to area players in grades K-12 in the Cincinnati Scholastic Chess Series (CSCS). There 
will be a simul with the Grandmaster from 6:30 to 8:30 PM on the Seven Hills campus at 5400 Red Bank Road.  This event is in 
conjunction with The Seven Hills School’s hosting of the first tournament in the 2009-2010 Cincinnati Scholastic Chess Series on 
Saturday, October 10. The CSCS comprises six tournaments hosted by schools throughout the Cincinnati area for tri-state players 
in grades K-12.                                                                

This event is free, but it is *RSVP ONLY* on a first-come first-served basis.  Seating will be limited so please reserve your spot 
as soon as possible.  Last day to RSVP is October 5th.  Players are encouraged to arrive earlier than the 6:30PM start time as we 
hope to have GM Kaidanov do a lecture and/or blindfold demo as well.  Make sure to be on site no later than 6:30PM or you could 
lose your spot in the simul!  Parents are more than welcome to watch their kids play.  We hope that this will be an exciting event 
and will be a great way to help kick off the scholastic series!
