The Aims & Objectives of the organization (OISCA-International/OISCA-Manipur) is to contribute to the enhancement of peace and prosperity of the world by cultivating Universal human Spirit, respecting the solemn order existing in the universe, realizing the unity of mankind and spirit of universal brotherhood with the initiatives of Industrial, Spiritual and Cultural for the development of human society. It's use of the word -"Industrial" denotes all the production activities of universe and mankind. "Spiritual" reflects the inclusion of human character and dignity.
