Instruction on how to replace Faceplates 
for Nokia 6110/20/50/88/85/60/61/62....etc.

Step 1: Battery Removal (Click on images for bigger picture.)

Step 2: Using a TORX 6 screwdriver, unscrew four screws on the back.

Step 3: Very gently lift the old faceplate. Make sure the circuit board is not being lifted at this stage. You can use your thumb to hold the circuit board at its place away from the faceplate.

Step 4: If you are using a new keypad, peel off the connector layer from the old keypad and place it over the new keypad.

Step 5: Remove the speaker and the rubber mount from the old faceplate and place it on the new one

Step 6: Keep the new faceplate in horizontal position, then place the phone over the faceplate. Make sure you align the holes on the circuit board.

Step 6:  Snap the top parts together.
