[ ] Mystic Dovan talks more then sends you to Hierophant Zand.
[ ] Go to Zand and ask about the skulls.
[ ] Loot the Iksar Skull Helm from the Sarnak Adherent in the Sarnak Fortress in LoIO
[ ] Loot the "Dai Nozok Canopic" from Overseer Dlubish in Frontier Mountains. He is spawns near the back of the goblin cave close to Nurga @/loc -2000, +2000
[ ] Obtain the two keys of Zai off of the Froglok Ton Warriors in the SoNH. You will loot one complete key and 3 broken fragments. A tracker is essential here. You can start by clearing the Iksar bandit camp in SoNH. Soon you will see the Ton Warriors pop. Combine the broken fragments on a potters wheel with some Mendglow Clay to get the second key, Pottery @ 75
[ ] Hand the keys, the Canopic, and 400GP to Galdon Vok Nir in OT to get the Skull. He is located on the outpost side of the great wall that extends into the water. He is not close enough to any other NPC to get agro.
[ ] Turn in the skull, skull helm, and the 4th Cudgel to Zand and receive "Iron Cudgel of the Channeler".
***Dlubish is random about spawning. I camp him for 3 hours the first night. The next day I went back and he was up. I came here to help another shaman,and he spawned 3 times in a row. While I was here for my quest I collected the skull needed from the slave and the chant rock, total time here was 5 hours***
[ ] Talk to Hierophant Dexl. He's in a lower level of the guild hall. When you're asked who sent you reply, "Di Nozok sent me". Then follow the text.
[ ] Find and talk with Jaxxtz. He's in the first tent in West Cabilis as you enter from East Cabilis. Ask , "Who is Vagnar?" Then follow the text.
[ ] Obtain the Alchemy potion recipe off of a Sarnak Adherant in the Sarnak Fort in LoIO. (Not Necessary but was part of the quest)
[ ] Obtain Sarnak Nightdust(pouch of dust) from Sarnak Partisans in Frontier Mountains Drops only from Partisans in FM. Camp /loc 1850, -1600.
[ ] Forage Gorge Moss in Gorge of King Xorbb.
[ ] Forage Sponge Mushroom in Nurga.
[ ] Loot Firiona Drixie Dust from Drixies in Firiona
[ ] Loot Stoneleer Emerald Plume from Cockatrice's in OT
[ ] Loot Slate Chant Rock from Goblin Rockchanters in FM (Tan in color. "A Chant Rock")
[ ] Combine Nightdust, Moss, and Mushroom to make Opal Slush (Alchemy @ 48)
[ ] Combine Drixie Dust, Plume, and Chant Rock to make Dristilate (Alchemy @ 48)
[ ] Combine Opal Slush and Dristilate to make A Potion of Swirling Mists (Alchemy @ 48)
[ ] Give Potion to the Coerced Channeler in the Crypt of Dalnir on 2nd Floor
[ ] Vagnar spawns and gives you the first of the skulls of the sisters of scale
[ ] Converse with Atheling Plague saying, "Give me the skull of the sisters of scale". Then follow the dialog. He is located in Burning Woods - Top of the East Guard Tower in front the Chardok Fort. Go back 150 feet from the tower, levitate and run with SoW into the tower window.
[ ] Loot a LORE NO DROP skull from Digalis in FM, same cave you found Overseer Dlubish He is at the end of the last tunnel as an Iksar Slave. There are 2. When Hailed: "an iksar slave peers up to you. His face is covered..." Then ask his name. If it is Digalis, kill him. (If neither are the one you need, kill them until the right one spawns.)
[ ] Give Atheling the skull who then spawns Doval.
[ ] Kill Doval and loot the skull.
[ ] Hail Klok Sargin in LoIO and ask about the skull. "what slight favor"
[ ] Loot a NO RENT helm from a Sarnak Dragoon in LoIO (Sarnak Fort).
[ ] Hand in the Helm to Sargin who spawns Bruiser.
[ ] Kill Bruiser and loot the 3rd skull.
[ ] Turn in the 3 skulls and the 5th Cudgel to Dexl and receive "Iron Cudgel of the Hierophant".
*** This quest took 3 hours to collect the components (1 of those was for the chant rock. The drixie dust took a while to find also***
[ ] Hail Hierophant Granix( on bridge in front of Shaman Guild) and ask "What Visions"
[ ] Loot one Dusty Skull and 4 Glowing Skulls from random mobs in Howling Stones
[ ] Give the Dusty skull to Granix. The skull will return to your inventory.
[ ] Give the Dusty skull to Oracle Qulin in Field of Bones. He will spawn "Arisen Iksar".
[ ] Kill the Arisen Iksar and loot the Wet Skull Fragments.
[ ] Give the Wet Skull Fragments to Qulin and receive a note.
[ ] Give the Note to Granix and receive a 4 - slot container.
[ ] Combine the 4 Glowing Skulls in the container and give them to Granix with your Cudgel to recieve "Skyiron Cudgel of the Arisen".
***The skulls took a combined time of 3 hours to collect in the east wing. If you clear the golems from the north and east doors, you can levitate over to the east and enter without a key. I advise taking friends though, it is the hardest of the wings to fight through. For the arison I took a Paladin with me for an easy kill. We were both about level 60 at the time***
