add 4 peach slices packed in their own juice – no added sugar
add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend

AROMATIC APPLE PIE
Crush 3 ice cubes in a blender
add 6 oz water or fat free milk
add 4 baking apple slices
add ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon
add 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder and blend

CHOCOLATE BANANA
Crush 3 ice cubes in a blender then add 6 oz. cold water or fat free milk
add1/2 - 1 ripe banana
add 1 scoop of chocolate protein powder and blend

COFFEE SHAKE
6-8 ounces cold coffee
4 ice cubes or so blend in blender to crush ice keep blender running and add:
1/8-1/4 cup of Davinci s/f Hazelnut syrup (variations - Irish Creme, or your personal favorite)
2 packets of Splenda (adjust for taste - this makes it sweet like the professionals do!)
1 scoop flavorless protein
blend well. Pour into favorite glass, sit and sip.....enjoy.

Dreamy Shake
4 oz light cranberry/orange juice
1 scoop PB55 apline vanilla
4 slices frozen peaches
1 t vanilla s/f pudding powder
1 t Dream Whip powder
Ice cubes to arrive at the desired consistency. The Dream Whip gives it a very creaming texture. ************************************************************************
Another concoction:
1 scoop Vanilla protein
3 cubes of orange/cranberry juice frozen with Mandarin Orange slices
1 t vanilla s/f pudding
1 t Dream Whip
3 slices frozen peaches
1/2 t peach jello powder
Ice if more thickness is desired

Rootbeer Float
6 oz crushed ice
8 oz Flat Diet A&W Rootbeer
1 scoop Vanilla Protein
1 tsp SF Vanilla Pudding Dry Mix
1/4 tsp Splenda
1 daloop of Cool Whip Lite
Mixed in the blender for 60 seconds.

Chocolate Oatmeal Drop Cookie Shake:
1 ½  scoops of 100% Whey.
1 tablespoon of Nestle Quick SF.
1/8 c (30cc) of Quaker oats.
2 tsp of creamy peanut butter.
12 oz cold water.
Blend.
Add 5 ice cubes and crush.

THE RECIPE
2 scoops of ProScore100 (or any chocolate protein mix)
2 heaping teaspoons of sugar free/fat free International Coffee (I like French Vanilla)
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 cup crushed ice
1 cup ice water
Put all this in the blender until the consistency of a Wendy's frosty.

Mocha Shake
1 scoop Chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp. cocoa powder
1 tsp. coffee crystals
4-6 oz. water (I just guess)
4-6 ice cubes (guess again)
Plus anything else that strikes your fancy you want to try!

Butterscotch protein drink
1 scoop protein (Vanilla or Chocolate)
1/4 package Jell-o Pudding mix sugar free "small pkg" butterscotch, dry
2 cups water
Put all ingredients in a shaker cup. Shake. Refrigerate until Ice cold. Best the day after you make it.

"Snickers Bar" Mocha Protein Shake
1 1/2 cups water or cold decaf-coffee
1/4 cup nonfat milk
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tsp caramel flavoring
1 tsp butternut flavoring
2 scoops Pro Complex, Chocolate
4 ice cubes
2 tsps decaf instant coffee, omit if using cold decaf coffee instead of water
Pour water(or coffee), milk, flavorings, cocoa powder and protein powder into blender and blend on low until well mixed.
Add ice cubes one at a time until shake is thick.

STRAWBERRY
5 large strawberries
6 oz. light (reduced sugar) fat-free strawberry yogurt, frozen (This is one container of Yoplait)
4 oz. Crystal Light or other sugar-free lemonade
Put all ingredients into blender. Blend until smoothie consistency is reached! (2 servings)

Dreamy Chocolate covered Strawberries
1 Scoop chocolate protein
3-4 frozen strawberries (or more if desired)
2 tsp s/f chocolate pudding
1 tsp Dream Whip (to make creamy)
Ice as desired

Orange Apricot Shake
1 Scoop of Vanilla (30g)
1/3 C orange Koolaid
3 frozen apricot halves
1/2 s/f orange popsicle (double)
1 tsp s/f vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp Dream Whip
Ice to suit you

CHERRY BERRY
1 scoop Vanilla protein of choice
4 oz cherry Koolaid made with Splenda
Dash of DiVinci cherry syrup
1 t Dream Whip
4 frozen strawberries
Ice if desired

Berry Chocolatey Smoothie Delite
4 oz water
1 scoop chocolate protein
10-12 ice cubes
2 T 50/50 sugar free chocolate syrup
2 t Smuckers sugar free Raspberry preserves
Blend well and enjoy!!! Note: The Smuckers sugar free preserves and jams make good flavorings for shakes. *********************************************************************
Death by Chocolate
1 scoop chocolate protein
1/2 packet of sugar free chocolate fudge, Jello instant pudding powder.
About 2 oz of no sugar added chocolate Nesquik.
1 tbs sf davinci vanilla syrup.
1 1/2 c. water ice blend .

"Peanut Butter Cup Cookie"
1 scoop Chocolate protein
1 Tbs chocolate fudge pudding mix
½ -1 cup water
ice
Splash of sf cookie dough syrup
dab (tbsp or so) peanut butter

Angy's "Butterfingers" Frosty..
1/8 cup cream & 7/8 cup water
1 scoop chocolate protein
1 1/2 teaspoons splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons Sugar Free Peanut Butter -- or any nut butter
2 cups crushed ice -
Whirl all together in a blender -
Pour into a tall glass, grab a straw & enjoy!!

Tropical Frozen Treats
8 ounces fat-free yogurt
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 cup crushed pineapple in juice
1/2 teaspoon coconut extract
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon banana extract
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese
In a Blender or food processor,
combine buttermilk, cottage cheese and pineapple.
Process until smooth. Add remaining ingredients process
JUST until mixed together, then divide equally into small paper cups, (number will depend on your dietary needs). Insert popsicle stick into each and freeze. I use small Dixie cups for containers. You can sit them in muffin tins in the freezer.
