“The Vault”
Of
(forbidden love)
Somewhere within the halls of my memory, there’s a vault known only to me.
Within this vault lies an open diary, one of which, no other may see
On it's pages are words of love, between two people, who were not free.
Words I’ve stored within my heart, you see she meant that much to me.
They are words of an upstairs bedroom, in the cities far west end.
Where two hearts grew together, that before were just close friends.
The gentleness of her soft skin, as she touch her lips to mine
The awareness of our passion, as our bodies became entwined.
They are words of the days that followed, searching for away to find
Another moment alone we struggled, as our arms did yearn, our hearts so pined.
Yes these are words, of our time together, time that helped our love to grow.
No words of sorrow where ever written, within this vault, for I would know.
Of the night we two spent, up near where the Pouncey Tract winds
the conversation, the warmth of her touch, the beautiful music, the sweet red wine.
Yes they’re words, that describ her fragrance, of how her heart did melt with mind
Of forbidden love, we shared that’s hidden, within this vault, forever in time.

There Is a song locked within this Vault
alone with a melody in my ears.
As I ponder our time together
these words and music ring soft and clear.

"I Recall This Beautiful Woman"
Light brown hair down to her shoulders, tiny feet that dance in time
Oh the secrets of her blue eyes, they did sing a lovers rhyme
Yellow clover in tangled blossoms in a meadow of gold and green
Where she held me to her bosom, There fulfilling my every dream
I recall this beautiful woman
Silver spangles in her eyes
silk white skin against the moonlight
And the taste of life's sweet wine
I wish to say thank you to Whisper,
for this beautiful web set.
