Questionable Coaches
COACHES WHO COULD BE FIRED
The Commissioner has an answer for folks wondering about coaching turnover (or its noticeable absence) in the DWSHL
Hanover Galaxy coach Hans Zach and Antwerp IceBats Coach Claude Julien could be fired any day now.  Both GMs Grzyb and Ommen have a history of firing coaches, both teams are under-performing, and both teams have a recurring pattern of dealing with trouble during the season.  Grzyb's teams are perennially late-closers, and usually they find a quicker step because Hanover fires its coach.  In recent history, the IceBats have come out of the gates hot, but cooled in the middle of the season.  GM Ommen may be tired of the mid-season swoons under Julien.
COACHES WHO SHOULD BE FIRED
Arizona Phantoms coach Kevin Constantine and Denver Bison coach Pat Quinn are the most deserving coaches to be fired.  Both clubs are under-performing and are risking their franchises storied histories despite their GMs' efforts to keep the teams compeptitve.  Arizona GM Joe Scanlon frequently threatens Constantine with his job, so maybe Kevin just doesn't buy it anymore.  But Scanlon went to great pains to keep his team together under the new CBA, and Constantine isn't getting the most out of his players.  In Denver, Quinn is following up a Cup victory with a mediocre season despote having one of the most dynamic lines in the league.  Quinn's hefty salary doesn't help matters, either.

COACHES HOPING TO GET FIRED
Zurich Piranhas coach Ted Nolan and Helsinki Nighthawks coach Mike Keenan ought to be hoping for a dismissal.  After leading his team to a Cup final, Nolan has been repaid with a team who could easily lose to three or four DL teams.  The Piranhas are doing a good job of rebuilding, but it's questionable if Nolan is as patient as GM Therres. Nolan makes almost as much as the team's top-paid player, and 10% of the Prianhas total pro roster.  If Therres could trade Nolan for prospects, he probably would.  In Helsinki, it would be hard for Keenan to walk away from the best coaching salary in the league, but his team is adrift and his talents are wasted...it's questionable of Keenan deserves his pay for his performance, but the only way he can prove he's a great coach is to get into a situation where he's given a chance.
