Shooting Layups while Juggling Three Basketballs

My next record attempt is shooting layups while juggling three basketballs. I have been working on this record the last few weeks, and it does not seems to be as stuff as the last run, which took me almost six months.

Rules for the Record Attempt

The general sports rules and guidance are similar to the previous record. I will be required to make at least 20 to tie, 21 layups to break the record while juggling three basketballs for one minute. The record does no call for consecutive made baskets.

I have already submitted a proposal to the Guinness World Record and another to the Phoenix Suns. I am looking to attempt the record during a Suns half-time show later this month or early February. Check with me later for the exact date and time of the event.

Drill for the Record With these drills, I was able to unofficial break the record without any stress. It should go down very easily.

Record Update

I was successful in making an attempt at this record June 8, 2001 at Rehoboth Christian High School in Gallup, New Mexico, where I was directing a basketball clinic. I made two attempts making 31 and 37 layups respectively. I have forward the details to Guinness Record Research Services. I should get the results in three to four months. I am actually thinking of making another attempt next months possible the week of July 9 to push the record to 40 layups and put it temporarily out of reach. Check with me in a week. I will have the time, location, and date of the event in West Phoenix.
