OTSA is a small community of Tongan tertiary students studying in Otago Polytechnic and University, Dunedin. It endeavours to create and maintain a friendly, vibrant and mutually suportive environment for Tongan students in Dunedin.
OTSA officially meets once a month, and unofficially on a regular weekly basis on campus, The Cook, Bowlers, KCs, KFC... and wherever students bump into each other.
