  12            ounces  chicken breasts -- boneless, skinless (4 @ 4oz each)
     1/4           cup  dijon mustard
     1/4           cup  honey
  2        tablespoons  dried tarragon

Mix the mustard, honey, and tarragon in a bowl.

Put the chicken in an oven proof oblong dish and spoon sauce over chicken, making sure to get every piece with some sauce.

Bake in the oven for: 45 minutes @ 350       OR
                                  25 minutes @ 400

NOTES : This is a great recipe! My sister and my best friend use it as their "company dish". It's very easy and YUMMIE!!

I don't use bonless chicken breasts- too expensive. If you are using bone in, like I do, substitute 4.5 oz breasts for the boneless, and increase the cooking time to either 1 hour @ 350, or 45 min @ 400.
