  1 1/2           cups  Flour
     1/2      teaspoon  Baking Powder
     1/2      teaspoon  Baking Soda
     1/4      teaspoon  Salt
  2                     Eggs
     1/4           cup  Vegetable Oil
  2        tablespoons  Granulated Sugar

1) Preheat oven to 350(.

2) Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside. 

3) Beat eggs, oil, sugars, zest together until smooth.

4) Alternately add flour mix and milk to egg mixture. Stir after each addition to combine thoroughly.

5) Stir in cranberries.

6) Spray a standard 12" muffin pan with cooking spray.

7) Fill each cup equally with batter.

8) Bake for 25- 30 minutes, until the tops are brown.


9) Cool before removing from pan.
