  2               cups  flour
  2                     eggs -- (well beaten)
  1                cup  light brown sugar
                        rind and juice of 1 orange
  1           teaspoon  baking powder
  1           teaspoon  baking soda
  1                cup  raisins
     1/2           cup  butter
     1/2           cup  partridge berries

Place flour, sugar, baking powder and baking soda in a deep pan; mix with
spoon. Crumble butter or margarine with flour mixture by hand. 

Add raisins, beaten eggs, orange rind and juice. Add partridgeberries.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or when straw inserted in middle is dry.
