  1                box  fat free instant pudding mix -- (4 serving size) or regular instant pudding mix any flavor
  1                cup  skim milk
  2               cups  nonfat whipped topping -- or light whipped topping

1. Place the pudding mix and milk in a large bowl, and whisk with a wire
whip for about 2 minutes, or until thick.

2. Gently fold the whipped topping into the pudding mixture, and
immediatly spread the frosting over the cake.
