Management of Knowledge and Innovation Research UnitLast update 22 June 2004 |
The management of knowledge and innovation are interrelated areas that present vital challenges to organisations. OUBS research into these has received significant external recognition with the award of five major research grants which led to the formation of the Management of Knowledge and Innovation Research Unit (MKIRU).
This site carries information on current and forthcoming activities of this research unit.
This site is a companion to the Knowledge Links site maintained in support of the OUBS MBA Elective subject B823 Managing Knowledge
Details of membership of the Unit and its activities and output can be found at http://www3.open.ac.uk/oubs/units2/MKIRU.htm
Several Members of MKIRU are also involved with the new Centre on Innovation, Knowledge and Development which is an inter-faculty group of researchers within the Open University.
The Open University Business school now holds an integrated seminar series for its research community.
Previously MKIRU ran a separate seminar series.
Details of these seminars and a schedule of the 2002-2003 seminar series is available HERE.
Details of the 2001-2002 series are available HERE.
