I wanted to write you a little note to tell you Merry Christmas. I am thinking of you as always and wishing we could spend another holiday together. I put up the lights, your Winnie the Pooh stocking and your "baby's first Christmas" ornaments because I know how much you liked looking at all the pretty colors last year. Since I know that you are still with me, I wanted you to see the pretty decorations again. I hope you will do me the honor of being the special angel atop the tree that lights up our hearts and home.
Although I am aching to feel you again and give you Christmas morning kisses, I am blessed with the memory of you. During this holiday season, I will hold your love and courage in my heart and keep your light burning. This Christmas and every Christmas will be full of the gift that keeps on giving...the gift of you.
