Chasity has a brother Joe and a sister Jennie.
Chasity was such a sweet little girl and loved to dance, play with her friends and her brother and sister.

Chasity was having a wonderful time at her cousin's birthday party. She was on a hayride, really enjoying herself when suddenly, she fell off. It was only going slow but something told me things were bad.
The wing was flown out and my dear daughter passed away just two minutes after they picked her up.
We miss her dreadfully, life is not the same without our precious Chasity, our hearts are broken. We love you very much and always will Chasity. xxxxxxxx
