Absent Healing - healing directed to a person distant
from the healer in which the healer
delivers information through
thought form.

Abundance - the ability to have/create whatever
experiences or things that you that you
need when you need them.
Its always there you may not know it!

Acknowledge - to recognize or own.

Accelerate - a change in vibrational levels in
consciousness that is more cognizant

Alchemy - The medieval chemical science and
speculative philosophy aiming to
achieve the transmutation
of base metals into gold,
discovery of a universal
cure for disease and the
discovery of indefinitely
prolonging life.

Altar - usually a raised structure with
a flat surface which serves as
a center of worship or ritual.
Used to consecrate items and
burn incense in offering
and worship.

Amulet - a charm often inscribed with a
magick incantation or symbol for
protection or aid. Wards off negative
energies or thought forms.

Ankh - A cross having a "looped" vertical arm
and serves as an Egyptian symbol for
Life, Love and Reincarnation.

Arcane - hidden, secret, mysterious;
"the arcane rites of
divine wisdom"

Astral - a higher, parallel dimension of
reality. Achieved through meditation
and reaching your
"higher consciousness"

Athame - A Ritual blade with a black handle
usually with no edge used for
channeling energy. In Wicca a Symbol of
the God and the element of Fire.

Aware - the incorporation and integration
of levels of consciousness and focus.

Balancing - a special technique utilizing color,
aromas, sound and/or visualization
to induce harmony and
creative visualization

Bane - bad, evil: a source of harm, destruction
and woe.

Banish - to magickally drive out, ward off ,
rid the presence of unwanted energies

Belief System - a persons personal journey, is one
of three aspects of self, the other
two being emotion and thought.

Biofeedback - study and use of equipment to
determine information on the biological
functions of the body created by psyche.

Bind - to magickally restrain or confine
something or someone. Not used without
permission from another person or thing

Book of Shadows - a collection of notes, recipes
and information from a witch's source.

Call - to invoke or petition for help
from Divine forces.

Channelling - the process of communicating
messages from a discarnate source:
communicating with your higher self of
spirit guardians. Anything that functions
as a carrier of vibrations and ideas.

Charge - to magickally imbue with power,
whether a person, place or thing

Charms - as amulets and talismans magickally
charged for a specific purpose

Cleanse/Cleansing - to remove negative energy
from a person, place or thing usually by
positive, psychic energies.

Conditioning - the acceptance by the unconscious
level of psychic material of a belief,
emotion or thought.

Consecrate - to magickally bless an object or
place by "charging" with positive energy.

Coven - a collection of individuals (witches)
working together for positive aims and/or
to perform magickal rituals.
Usually no more than thirteen per group.

Divination - the magickal art of discovering the
unknown through the use of tools

information about yourself,
others and situations
in the past, present and future.

Earth Magick - magick system that utilizes the
powers and "elements" of the
Mother Earth

Enchant - to influence by or as if by charms

Enlighten - the effect that occurs when unconscious
forgotten awareness is re remembered.

Evil Eye - the mythical glance that could cast
bad energies upon another.

Evoke - to call or conjure from within yourself.

Intention - type of energy and belief that initiates
movement, action and experience:
the most important factor in the
experiencing of reality.

Intuition - the automatic discernment without the
process of analysis.

Macrocosm - the world around us.

Metaphysics - philosophical belief system in that
all things are a part of one main source
"know thyself"
and that each thing, animate or non animate
should be respected.

Microcosm - the world within us.

Mysticism - a belief that direct knowledge of
spiritual truth or ultimate reality can be
attained through intuition, insight or divination.

Pentacle - a magickal symbol consisting of a
5-pointed star, each corresponding to the elements
of Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit
connected by a continuous line.
Also a Suit in Tarot.

Priestess - a female that is devoted to her own
chosen deities. Usually a stage in
a coven attained.

Primacy - paths and beliefs definitions taken on
early in life, becoming important
issues throughout life

Psychic - lying outside the sphere of physical
science or knowledge: sensitive to
nonphysical influences and perceptions

Psychometry - ability to obtain paranormal
information from touching, or holding an object.

Ritual - an established order of words and/or
actions for ceremonies in magickal workings.

Scrying - a method of divination using tools
such as bowls or mirrors in which the
seer "sees" information.
Nostradamus used this form.

Spell - an act of a wishful desire, a need for the
spell which is either written, spoken
aloud, to oneself, danced or all of
the above in which full mental
energy is used.

Talisman - a magickally "charged" object to bring
favor to the holder/wearer, much
like the amulet.

Telepathy - strong identification with a
vibrational frequency that allows for attunement

Template - the basic symbology upon which a
system of reality is derived.

Will - the conscious control the higher level
has over the psychic mind. "That sum
of psychic energy that is disposable
to consciousness"
