Loaetta, a native of Ohio and former resident of Dallas, Texas now resides in Oklahoma. She and husband Tom have two sons, a daughter and nine "awesome" grandchildren. Loaetta's singing ministry started at age five when she sang her first solo in church. Most of her vocal training was acquired through participation in choirs. She studied in Dallas under the direction of Ms. Mary Bell, vocal insturctor for the Arts High School. Loaetta spent several years writing for and conducting children's choir. She was a member of the Oklahoma Songwriters and Composers Association and is at present an associate writer registered with BMI. In 2003 Loaetta was honored to be guest soloist for the 9-11 Memorial Service at the US Air Force Chapel at Moron' De La Fontera, Spain. Returning to Spain in Arpil 2004, Loaetta was again guest soloist at the chapel as our troops celebrated Palm and Easter Sundays. Loaetta traveled extensively in 2004 fulfilling thirteen varied singing engagements, including the Hancock County Fall Festival Gospel Sing.
