| Well, I currently live outside in the backyard, I have a nice little barn as my shelter, and I love it 'cause it contains lots of hay! My boundaries are fenced in unfortunatly, and the best grass grows on the other side of the fence in summer! But my mommy lets me out alot to get the best grass, and even when I'm not eating grass, I'll be soaking up the sun when it shines! Most of my days are spent eating my fave foods, and enjoying that wonderful sun. I don't mind getting wet when it rains though, only when my family trys to give me a bath! I enjoy being groomed, but usually like to have something to eat when this is going on. My family calls me a Momma's Boy, which.... I guess... maybe I ..... kinda am, she was the one who adopted me, and she feeds me all the time, so she's just my favourite person in the world! I guess that's where that saying comes from: "Hence the name". BUT, the girls have started spending more time with me and giving me yummies, so I'm beginning to trust them now, trust can be a BIG thing with us horses you know, gain our trust and we are willing to do almost anything for you, but break that and all you'll have is a horse who is working by force and not want. |
