Beyond
Compare
Pardon
if I look at you I know I shouldn't stare
I find it hard to look away pretend that your not there
Your loveliness astounds me your beauty is so rare
I see you as a work of art
A work beyond compare
There's beauty in the sunrise and in the mountain peaks
There's wonder in the April flowers and all the trees and leaves
Still greater is your loveliness so soft so warm so fair
A masterpiece unequalled
A work beyond compare
The heavens are majestic all silvery white and blue
With golden glints of sunlight sprinkled through and through
Still as I gaze upon you in twilight shadows there
Their beauty fades before you
You are beyond compare
If I could paint a portrait of love as it should be
I would take the colors of life and then capture thee
I'd set you forth in image so lovely pure and fair
Me dear would be a masterpiece
To which nothing can compare
So as I close forgive me I meant no offense to thee
It's just that your so lovely such a sight to see
I view you as a work of art I cannot help but stare
Your the rarest jewel these eyes have seen
You are beyond compare
