Forgive Me If I Want You
New Page 3

Forgive me if I want you
To me your as a dream
A rare exotic loveliness
Beauty to extremes
A seductress clad in innocence
With romantic girlish ways
And as a million other guys
I stand in awe amazed

Forgive me if I want you
For you've no thought of me
I understand completely
It's but a passing thing
Your like a lovely sunset
A jewel of emerald green
I'm attracted to such beauty
Who could not help but be

Forgive me if I want you
Pardon if I say
I think you are the essence
Of all that love should be
But as with such perfection
It's far beyond our reach
Yet still we can admire it
And yes love we can dream
