Ok so now onto this morning. We woke up this morning and checked out of our hotel. It took us awhile to get out of Key West because we had to get sand from the beach, find the post office and visit a sandal store. After that we headed and went to McDonald's for breakfast. After that we drove until we got to Shark Valley. It's part of the everglades. We ended up renting bikes to ride 7 miles to an observation tower. It was really cool. It was hot out however. We ended up at the tower and there was an awesome view. We started biking back and about a mile after leaving we saw a huge lightning bolt hit the middle of the swamp and I counted and it was "Mississippi 3" seconds away and we turned back to sit at the bottom of the tower near the bathrooms. The lighting was so close when we sat there, it was only a few hundred feet away and it was scary! We managed though and the tram tour people came and saved us. What an adventure! So then from there we came here to Naples and checked into our hotel. It's a nice place. We over look the pool area so that's cool and we have a balcony. We then went to go see the movie Hairspray which was awesome by the way!! You all should go and check it out! We also had a mini-Christmas Eve in July dinner which was a ham lunchable! Yummy! After the movie however we got ice cream and then it was back here to the hotel! Fun stuff. Well we are off to bed, actually Megan is already sleeping so I'm off to bed. Good night my friends!
July 27- Hey my friends. Sorry our website has been a little funky lately. I actually wrote here on July 25 but nothing from then, is here as you can see. We had a nice time in Naples for Christmas in July. We went to the beach for a for hours and then went back for the sunset. It was really cool but unfortunatly the storm clouds were low so we didn't see the sunset. How sad. But it was a good day. We enjoyed opening presents and what not. I got the movie Cars! I was so excited. Then yesterday we left Naples and went to Tampa and up a little further to visit Aunt Bobbi Sue! It was good to see her. We had a nice day visiting with her and Walt. It was a nice day, we got some showers later on in the day but it was nice. And then today we went to Lake Wales and they had this cool Sactuary and it was really nice. And now we are at the same Starbucks that we updated our journals from when we went to SeaWorld. Well I am off for now, so I will talk to you later!
July 29- So what's going on everyone? Well here's the low down on our trip. Yesterday we went horseback riding. It was actually pretty fun, however I started to get motion sickness. I know, it sounds wierd and all but my stomach was in knots going up and down for while. But definatly something I will probally do again sometime in the future, just give it another shot another time down the road of my life! So after that we kind of just hung out around the house and watch Night At The Museum. It's a good movie if you havn't seen it before. Then later on in the evening we went out to dinner with Ms. Aunt Jenny's friend Hiedi and her son Alex. It was a good time. Good food too. And that was about it yesterday. Today we are in Saint Augustine! It's a nice city, but to be frankly honest, it's quite boring. There is not a whole lot here, just some old stuff, that I won't appreciate until I'm a senior. We took a tour and got driven around and ate lunch at an awesome place and it over looked the street below and our waitress was so neat and gave us a "birthday" desert. She just came out and said "Happy Birthday!" I was like cool! So I enjoyed that. And that's about it for today. Tomorrow is our last day in Florida, so look for our update!
August 2- Hi my friends! Sorry it has been so long since we have written in our journals. Our access to the internet has been a little on the slim side. Alrighty, so our last day in Florida we went to go see Harry Potter and the Order of The Phoenix. It was good, it was my 3rd time seeing it however. Then we just kinda of hung around and what not. Then on Tuesday, we came here to Georgia, but we had a layover in Washington DC. We ate at Potbelly's and boy was it good. Then we got here to Georgia! I was so excited to see Aunt Vicki, MFA! She is always so fun to see. Then we swam in her wonderful pool with Randy and it was really fun. Then yesterday we went to Stone Mountain and it was really cool because from the top you can see the skyline of Atlanta. However it was a little hazy out. And we kind of just hung around the area. We had a great time. Then we came back to the house and swam some more. She not only has a awesome pool but an awesome house! I love it. Then today we went to Downtown Atlanta and we went to the New World Of Coca Cola! It was really cool! We tasted Coke products from all over the world. It was cool to see, I just don't know how often I would go back to visit. Then we went to The CNN building and it was really cool because I was actually interviewed by some lady with CNN. That was cool. And it was just a happening place. I would so write more but I am very tiered and I'm not feeling 100% great, so I will talk to you all later. Good Night!
