Important People in History: Melfina (No Last)

Melfina was a very sophisticated female android with a mysterious past. Endowed with human emotions and a thoughtful sensitivity, Melfina was genuinely curious about her origins. Melfina grew particularly fond of Gene after he agreed to help discover why she was created. When Gene and Jim first met Melfina, she had kidnapped by Hilda and was literally stuffed inside a small metal briefcase. With a crew of nasty space pirates hot on her synthetic heels, it was clear that Melfina was considered quite valuable. However, it would be up to Gene and Jim to learn Melfina's true significance. When the ship was damaged and no more air was being transferred to the crew people wonder why she would have died. Many people believe she is still alive and wherever the ship is she is.
