Technology: Leyline

Conventionally, a Leyline is defined "as the path upon which chi collects". Both in the real world, and in Outlaw Star, Leyline are the lines from which a person or place draws its power from. More specifically, there is also a planet called the Leyline. On this planet, nothing is left but ruins of an ancient culture, the same culture behind the construction of the third object known as a Leyline. That object is essentially a massive library, a collective of all knowledge from an ancient and know dead race that once spanned the universe. The massive amount of knowledge available to the Leyline allows it to literally grant specific wants and desires.
