| Being an adoptive home of special and needy horses is part of our calling from the Lord. OutlawRidge is home to several special animals. We are also a contact in the western states for a dwarf miniature horse adoption program and are available for help in placement and foster care of dwarf miniature horses along with providing information and assistance on their special needs and care. |

| Blue |
| Our adopted APHA 17hh frame overo gelding. He never again has to worry about where his next meal is coming from. No one quite knew what had happened with Blue but he was found in malnourished and starving condition. He had been a halter and dressage show horse and was only 8 years old when rescued. |

| Willie |
| The first horse we adopted, a draft type miniature gelding. Willie's previous owner is in prison on 21 counts of animal cruelty and neglect. Now Willie has lots to eat and plenty of room to run and enjoy his zest for life. |

| Dolly |

| Dolly is a brachycephalic dwarf miniature horse. The above left photo was taken at three weeks of age, before we adopted her. The right photo was taken September. Dolly wears special shoes which are custom made just for her. They are called little Magic Shoes and are made by a wonderful woman in TX. Below is how Dolly looks now at one year old, barefoot and fancy free. |
