Krissi Chandler was born into the Blackhawks organization via her parents who were career members. Krissi followed in their footsteps as soon as she was old enough to enter basic military training.
Joining the Blackhawks during the height of the Clan threat, she soon saw action and had to learn quickly to survive on the battlefield. She not only learned, but she excelled. Her solid performance earned commendation as well as combat assignments against the Clans. During a mission with BattleGroup Falcon her lance was being overrun by Clan forces and she became separated from her unit. Remaining cool under fire, she took out two Clan Mechs and eluded futher pursuit and successfully rejoined her team.
Following many successful operations against the Clans Krissi served as an instructor using her experience to teach fellow Blackhawks how to fight against Clan opponents.
Completing her term as a combat instructor, Krissi was offered a position in the Iron Maidens Company and one year later was promoted to 'First Sergeant' of the Iron Maidens. Her experience in combat and as an instructor serves well in her current assignment and helps ensure that the Iron Maidens keep their fighting edge,
