I just got back from a much needed vacation last week. I visited New York City for fun and Maryland for my family reunion. I just wore free form hair the entire trip. (pictures coming soon) I styled it with Proclaim Curl Activator Gel and ORS Olive Oil Moisturizing Lotion. I rinsed every morning with Suave Tropical Conditioner. (see products) Although it was very hot and humid the ORS did a great job of keeping my hair moisturized. I still owe myself a deep conditioning though.

A couple of days ago I met with other California Naturals in Redondo Beach. We had a wonderful time sharing stories, learning about each others' routines and swapping products. For this event, I tried my hand at flattwisting again. The last time I flattwisted was for the purpose of wearing a twist out only. This time I was going to actually wear my flat twist..out.
