The Owners Corporation
Network (OCN) is an informal network of executive committee members from various
strata title residential developments. To date, there have
been over 30 strata schemes involved in the network, which represents the
interests of over 6000 individual
property owners.
The role of the OCN is to facilitate the ongoing improvement of living in and/or investing in large strata title buildings. The primary focus of OCN is to lobby government for necessary changes to strata and building policy and legislation. Further to this, the OCN strives to educate executive committees and individuals through the sharing of knowledge and experiences.
