For me personally, the interview was not nearly as bad as I had envisioned.  They will make you sit through a presentation, I think they tried their best to make it interesting, but I'm one of those anal people that did a ton research before I went so knew most the information.  The one thing I can say about this process is to make yourself shine!  You have to shine them them that they need you for this program, put your best foot forward!  I personally tried my hardest to intoduce myself to people, smile a lot and stayed attentive during the presentation.  At my presentation they asked some easy trivia questions, I answered one and won a Pez dispenser - this is an easy way to get yourself noticed; you are showing not only your enthusiasm to be there but also that you know SOMETHING about Disney.
The interview itself was fairly painless.  Group interviews are never fun, in my case it was myself and four other really nice girls.  They guy that interviewed us was really funny and tried to keep the mood light.  The questions themselves were fairly typical (name your three best qualities, describe a time you had to deal with conflict at work, etc) nothing too terribly scary!  I was surprised that each of us only got one question, but I guess they were on a time restraint.  After it was all over, I couldn't help but breath a huge sigh of relief!  I couldn't believe that my part was over!

Here is my list of hints and tips that I personally found from my presentation:
Take a deep breath! - Try not to be too nervous!  I knwo that's easy to say once it's over and done with; but seriously, if you don't answer a question correctly they are not going to send Mickey's evil henchmen after you!  Also, if you are overly nervous it may reflect that you don't work well under pressure

Make eye contact - This goes for ANY interview!  The girl sitting next to me did not make eye contact with the interviewer the entire time that she was answering...she stared at the floor instead.  Anyone out there ever taken a public speaking class?  What's the first thing they teach you?  Make eye contact with your audience, it shows you are engaged and confident.

Dress to impress - Show that you really want to work for Disney!  Leave the old paint stained jeans at home!  Put the huge metallic Lion King earrings back in the jewelry box (yes, I actually DO own a pair of enormous Lion King earrings.  And yes, they are hideous).  If you are coming from another school far away, you can always bring a change of clothes with you.  On the flipside, try not to over dress...probably the prom dress would be a bad decision.  I personally wore a skirt that went to my knees, dress top and nice shoes.  I also took out all my piercings except for the two bottom holes in my ears.

Be prepared, but not overly so - I practiced possible interview questions so that I would have an idea as to what to say.  I think it was helpful as it alleviated some of the anxiety I was feeling.  If you do this, keep in mind that they can ask you anything, so don't get too attached to your practice answers.  Also, when in the interview, don't prepare yourself for the question that the person sitting next to you answered; they have a big ol' list of questions, everyone in my group got asked something different.

Make yourself shine - This is your big moment to let the interviewer see why you are perfect to work for Disney!
