Our Reunion - August 13, 2006
The reunion was a huge success - thanks to the efforts of our hosts Delegate John Gulledge's mom and dad, grandparents, and Delegate Elizabeth Hopple's mom's assistance. The hamburgers and hot dogs were provided by our hosts and deliciously prepared by an excellent chef Mr. Wayne Gulledge. Our hosts also provided the drinks, condiments, and some of the deserts. And thanks to each of you who furnished the munchies we had more than TOO much and all of it was super! We also appreciate Mr. Gulledge insuring our comfort under the southern summer sun with the large tents and the cool breeze from the mammoth fan. And there was the pool for those who wished to swim. We shared each others experiences in reviewing scrapbooks and photo albums and the retelling of stories that make these experiences so very memorable. Delegate Jennifer Smith provided her photos on a CD ROM. Sorry that there are just a few photos the photographer was too engrossed in visiting . . . and some pictures that were taken after dark have been enhanced so that you can see the beautiful setting where we were united. (The reason why no one is in the pool!) Again Thanks to all for a memorable reunion . . . Please excuse if we have omitted our kudos to anyone.
