I have over fourteen years of hands-on professional IT experience, with over ten of those years in a management role. I have realized profound success as a Software Quality Assurance Manager. The last four and a half years included all Project Management responsibilities concurrent to SQA Management. I also have a strong background in Technical Writing, Group Training and Technical Support. I am internally driven to build the best products in the shortest time possible within budgetary and fiscal constraints. Providing requirements analysis, prioritizing to meet business goals, setting standards, optimizing resource efforts and tracking project trajectory through metrics are the cornerstone of my skills and abilities. |
