This is my down-and-dirty solution for hosting some things that should be online... The following is a list of files you can download from here.
The ZIP files have a bunch of HTML files, plus a style sheet. The PDF is a bonus (all in one). Everything in there should work, except for the in-site links and probably some of the external links; this was published long ago and most links must be dead by now.

My e-mail address is so easy to guess once you know that the Geocities subdirectory for a particular user is the same as their username, which in turn is the same as their Yahoo!Mail username. Add .ar to the Yahoo! mail domain. Or leave your message in the blog above.
